Awards and Recognition
  • Won the 2015 World Bank Vice President Team Award for participating in the collaborative effort to unify the design and content of the World Bank’s various agency Annual Reports into one overarching corporate “chapeau” section.
  • Won the competition for designing the graphical identity of UNDP’s Peace Building; a Strategy for Conflict Prevention in Lebanon—a project that incentivized Lebanese Parliamentarians to participate in peace-building dialogues with local nonprofit organizations. Created a brand identity for the project including logo, booklet folder, and letterhead.
  • Won entry to exhibit my interdisciplinary project entitled Digital Nostalgia in The Art of Collaboration, a symposium at the University of California, Santa Cruz on collaborative work between artists, scientists and scholars, addressing an alternative notion of individual authorship in intellectual and creative work. Dr. Ed Catmull, co-founder of Pixar and president of Pixar and Disney animation studios, was a panelist. The event was sponsored and organized by the Arts Research Institute in California.
  • My undergraduate final film project, entitled Anti-Classical Experimental Kitchenware, was selected to be screened in the European Film Festival held in Beirut, Lebanon, in the year 2002.
